💍 What is the Jewellery Workshop experience?
Our Jewellery Workshop offers a hands-on opportunity to design and create your own sterling silver jewelry piece — such as a ring, pendant, or other design — guided by our skilled artisan team. No prior experience is required.
🕓 What are the workshop hours and duration?
The workshop runs daily from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and bookings can be made in 30-minute increments throughout the day.
Each session lasts about 1.5 hours, depending on your design and finishing details.
👥 How many people can join per session?
We can host up to 10 guests per time slot to ensure personal guidance and a relaxed creative atmosphere.
💰 How much does it cost?
The workshop costs approximately $45 USD per person, depending on whether you choose a basic or advanced design.
This includes all tools, silver materials, and artisan instruction. Gemstones, gold, or special upgrades are optional and priced separately (please discuss with your hosts when you arrive a few minutes prior to your workshop time slot).
🎨 Can I bring a custom design?
Absolutely!
If you have a specific idea in mind, we recommend booking your preferred time slot online first, then visiting our main showroom at 82 Tran Phu Street to discuss your design with our staff. They’ll confirm if it’s suitable for the workshop, discuss pricing options, and help prepare materials in advance. Please come by any time convenient for you, at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled workshop (or contact us right away if in a rush).
🧰 What’s included?
All silver, tools, soldering equipment, and polishing materials are provided.
You’ll complete each step — shaping, forming, soldering, polishing — and take home your finished piece.
📦 Do you offer shipping or aftercare?
Yes — we offer international shipping (standard or express) for an additional fee.
Each item is securely packaged with tracking provided.
Care tip: use a soft polishing cloth, store your jewellery in a dry, sealed bag, and avoid harsh chemicals or long water exposure. Polishing cloths are available for purchase in our retail showroom.
🔄 Can I cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel or reschedule. We appreciate as much notice as is practical (recommended 4 hours in advance)
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Follow the instructions cancelation or rescheduling in the confirmation email that was sent to you upon your original online booking.
